Hello Everyone

Post  Skippyd on 13.02.11 12:54

Hi I am Skip, I am a newbie and not much of a cook so I know I am going to find this site invaluable to me. Anyone know how long it takes to cook a breast of lamb in a halogen oven ??

We don’t mind. Just stick your L plate on the Halogen Oven to warn others Smile

Welcome to the forum Skip.

Check the A to Z of recipes under Lamb or Roast Lamb to find what you are looking for.

Welcome Skippyd

Welcome

The recipes should help you. Start by using the standard fan oven instructions for cooking in your HO although things will generally cook a bit quicker. Keep a close eye on your food when doing something for the first time. A meat thermometer is invaluable when cooking meat.
