CAKES: Chocolate Fairy Cakes

Ingredients
4oz marg
4oz castor sugar
4oz self raising flour
1tsp baking powder
2 eggs
3oz cocoa powder
method
cream the marg and the sugar together,beat the eggs and gradually add to the marg and sugar mixture,if it curdles add a few spoons of flour inbetween,when combined and creamy in texture add the flour and the baking powder and the cocoa powder and mix well together until all ingredients are totally combined.I use a 6 hole bun tin which fits into my halogen oven lined with cake cases,spoon a dessert spoonful of mixture into each case.place the bun tin on the low rack in the oven and set the oven to 160oc for 15 mins and place the extender ring on top,I dont know if it was the heat of the bun tin on the bottom of the cakes but they came out perfectly cooked all the way through and well risen,for plain fairy cakes just omit the chocolate.
