From a New New B

Post  Crispy Critter on 22.01.11 16:19

Hello everyone,

I\'m new here

I bought a Halogen Oven a week ago and am a bit confused with cooking times.
Having gone and bought two books on the subject, study I'm still non the wiser, so... I hope that I can find some help here.

Hi and welcome Crispy Critter

Welcome

You're certainly not alone in being confused but if you use electric fan oven timings as a guide it will help you. Ovens vary so you may need to experiment from there with a little more or less temperature or time.
Have a good read when you get time and you'll soon gain confidence.
You know where we are if you need us. Very Happy

welcome Crispy Critter, I too, am New at this, but I have found this site to be a very useful and very helpful site to be on, and I must also add that all the members seem to be very friendly towards each other! so maybe together, as members we will be able to iron out the problems that we are having with our new way of cooking on the HO and soon we will be all Delia's (laugh) Very Happy

best wishes clasiechick1
