When cooking smaller items together on the upper and lower racks like bacon, sauasge, beefburgers, steaks etc. I have noticed that the items on the top cook faster than on the bottom so you will need to place the food on the upper and lower racks acordingly with the longer cooking time items on the top.
Another point to remember is when cooking multiple items is that any fatty items placed on the top rack will drip on to the items below.
