Omelette halogen style

Post  toots on 20.01.11 11:07

I have looked online for a omelette recipe, could not find one so it was time to eggsperiment.

Cooked in my Andrew James 12L.

2 eggs
30 ml milk
Salt & pepper. Temperature 240c. Low rack

In a small bowl whisk, eggs, milk, salt & pepper
Put a greased dish,( I used a round shallow non stick baking tin) heat oven, when light goes out pour in egg mixture, stir after a few mins, then leave till top surface is set, flip over and cook till base is done, remove from pan then fold over omelette style
