The King's Speech

Post  junie on 18.01.11 19:55

Went to see this great film today. If Colin Firth doesn't get the Oscar it would be a travesty.

Hi June,

I have seen the trailer for the film on tv and it looks like a great film as soon as my car gets back from the garage , we hope to and see this film, that's if it's still at the cinema by then, major problems head gasket has blown, so might need to raid the piggy bank for a another car, not a good start to the new year.

Hi Toots

Lets look on the bright side - the only way is up for the rest of the year coucoufleurbleue

I'm sure the film will run for a bit longer, I've never seen the cinema as busy on a weekday afternoon.

Oh, Toots

That's not good. You'll be needing a good old dose of comfort food and shepherds pie sounds just the job.
Sending a little sunshine your way sunny

Hi Toots

I hope you were singing 'The Sun has got his Hat On' instead of 'Raindrops' this morning.

Hi again June,

That sunshine you sent my way sure cheered me up, after humming your song, as my singing would bring back the rain, I then hummed Hermin Hermits sunshine girl. I have just got back from walking my border collie called Jess she can only do short walks as she has had a lot of problems with her back legs she has had 3 ops on left leg & one on right leg all in the last 3yrs caused by a cruiciate ligament injury ,the same thing that footballers get so extra sunshine needed for her too please.
