SAUSAGES: Sausages with Chees & Bacon

A old family favourite

190c temp on low rack

1lb pork sausages
8 bacon rashers
Cheese slices ( burger kind)
2 tbsp chutney or branstone pickle

Grill sausages until golden brown in colour
Make a slit 1/2 way through each sausage down the length
Put cheese in each slit
Add 1 tsp of chutney or pickle in between cheese slices
Wrap bacon round each sausage
Put back onto rack & cook until bacon is crispy & cheese has melted I turn sausages over 1/2 way during cooking to crisp both sides.

Other filling you can use are, ketchup, apple sauce etc
