Two tier cooking

Post  toots on 12.01.11 19:28

Well I must say how pleased I was with myself , I managed to cook roast dinner for two using both racks at the same time, on bottom rack roast spuds, thin pork loin steaks, top rack frozen veg in foil parcels and Yorkshire puds aunt Bessie ones in foil cases, really liking my alien spaceship cooker.

Toots, I am very impressed. clap

It sounds like you had a very tasty dinner.

(When we're using the HO in the caravan I'm sure other campers think there's a tardis pitched nearby.) lol!

Shortly after getting my HO I did a roast chicken, top wrack with extender ring, roast pots and frozen veg in foil on bottom rack. Very nice and if you move the chicken round on top rack, occasionally, the juices will fall on the pots for nice flavour
