lamb chops

does anyone know how to do lamb chops they have no bone in. not sure what rack to use and at what temp. i suppose its just trial and error by reading other things people have posted.

Hi Haley,

If you look on the section that covers halogen oven manual & instruction leaflets, you will find a Cooper manual plus free recipes which Reeta kindley posted yesterday it has timings etc for lamb chops hope this info helps

thanks for replying, i did look in my manual but i dont have coopers its an andrew james. anyway i just guessed and they turned out lip smacking gorgeous ) i pre heated oven on 200 for 5 mins then put chops in on the low rack for roughly 12 to 15 mins. meant to say all the things for lamb is either roast or in a dish.
