Hello and Welcome to the forum mbavin try one of the easier recipes from the A_Z section maybe jacket potatoes, cheese on toast, just treat your ho as a smaller version of the main oven and you will soon be cooking with confidence and turning out great meals. If you read some of the other posts too as a help, good luck. We are always willing to help and answer any questions if we can.
