Post  poochi889 on 05.01.11 14:21

Hi, Im new to the halogen oven and need advice.
It says it does cheese on toast but how? I tried it on the top rack but the bread was soggy and the cheese was burnt, any help would be great.

Hi poochi889,

this is how I do mine.

place slice of bread flat on high rack, toast it then turn it over add your cheese and toast this side.

Whatever temperature you used before, this time reduce it a bit.
Cook it until you are happy with the result.

Best to use a lower temperature and cook for longer if you have to.

Cooking time depends on your Oven Wattage

Hope this helps
