hi there
my name is carol ,and im a newbie.this is a great site.
i wAS looking up yorkshires found the answer ok but it didnt state top or bottom rack , which is what confuses me all the time. please help ?? top or bottom

Welcome to the forum Plendil,

I did say in my recipe - place on the high rack

Hello and Welcome to the forum Plendil. When I cook yorkshire, there's only two of us, I put them in ramakin dishes on low rack @200c for about 15 mins but it's the recipe that works best for your oven there's no right or wrong just different ways
