Hello and Welcome to the forum glad you have joined us good luck with the roast a tip I have found it's better to wrap meat in tin foil for most of the cooking time to prevent it burning on the out side to quickly, yorkshires turn out a treat in the ho roast potatoes par boiled can take up to 1hr just brush little oil on them to help with browning. If you have any questions you've come to the right place... Look forward to hearing your success report later

Crying or Very sad sorry your roast didn't go to well, what was wrong? if any of us can help let us know, better luck with your next roast attempt. At least breaky was better. Yes it does take bit to time to get accustomed to the oven don't give up Smile
