Very useful link

Post  wimplebum on 30.11.09 21:40

Very useful link thanks Reeta. Was good to see in print that I did do the right thing with the chicken and turn it over - even though I did it the wrong way round. Many good ideas there thank you Very Happy

Many thanks for the link. The recipes steer us in the right direction. Our first attempt was a chicken - not bad but, like my school reports say - Could do better. We will

Sorry Embarassed I know I should organise this forum a bit better. I just cannot find the time at the moment

I really need members to help me with this. I need to find more moderators.

If anyone would like to help with this forum please let me know

forums

Hi Reeta,
I know that doing what you do is quite difficult, It might be a good idea to arrange recipes for main courses on one section, and desserts on another, and possibly starters on another. I have many recipes in my kitchen library which will work well in the halogen ovens, some of these recipes are what we have made up ourselves probably using some ingredients from other cooks.
I do not know if I could be of help in some way, I tend to be busy cooking every week.
Halogen cooking is a new concept to cooking and most people that I can see looking at the forums are struggling with timing and temperatures.
I was one of those, and i am a professional cook.
I only use mine at home and I have not used my conventional oven now for two weeks, and I can tell you it is not easy.
If you can lay out just what you want we can go from there.
What would be a good idea is if we can upload recipes with pictures to the site instead of typing them out and sending.

as stated in technical board it's possible to post images, pdf (will see if I can extract recipepages only ) , videos, (own)youtubes and more...
(Reeta, perhaps adding ways to add (from my msgs) to category: How to add ... to this board?
