Just took delivery of my HO and need timings for this family favorite? Help Very Happy

Hello and Welcome Merry to the forum that no problem you've come to the right place for help....

Roast Potatoes
I Par boil mine then roast for 1hr @ 200c on the low rack just brush with a little olive oil to help with browning.....

Pork Chops

Cook at 200c on High rack for 20 mins... TURN CHOPS AFTER 10MINS
continue cooking for the 10 mins check meat is hot & cooked serve and enjoy a successful meal...

Thanks Hummingbird, did as you said. Whent down a storm, complaints that I did not do enough roast spuds as they were so nice.
