Plugging in the halogen

Post  toots on 13.12.10 18:43

Hi I have just noticed in the halogen manual, you are only supposed to plug in the oven and not use it with any other major appliances at the same time in the same socket, I have a double socket and I,m wondering if they only mean single ones not double I have not used the oven at the same time with anything else yet can anyone advise me please.

Hi Toots

According to my other half the problem would be using an adapter in the same socket. Your household ring shouldn't have any problem with two things plugged into a double socket - it's designed to handle two seperate loads.

cool
