Dear Bluddyelle, what a name you have chosen, but you are brilliant. I did a 3 1/2 lb pork joint this weekend, exactly as you said except I didn't do the last 20 mins. but I did put potatoes around the joint for the last 1 1/2 hrs. It was beautiful. My husband said it was the best I had done and he would tell me the truth. I should say I am reckoned to be a good cook.
