Alternative Apple Crumble

Hi Everyone
I've just come across a really easy apple crumble for you all to enjoy at some time I hope
Ingredients
2lb Apples
3oz Caster Sugar
1tbsp lemon juice
31/2oz unsalted butter
1tsp Cinnamon
7oz Porridge oats
2oz Light Muscovado sugar

Method

Peel Apples slice then scatter over dish sprinkle over caster sugar drizzle lemon juice

Melt butter in pan on hob stir in cinnamon add porridge oats and muscavdo sugar stir to evenly coat place on top of apples.

Cover dish with tin foil place dish in oven on low rack @ 200c bake for 30 mins remove foil bake for a further 10 min to brown top serve vanilla ice cream or any topping you fancy. Happy eating
