Hotpot question

Hi everyone, just like to ask, has anyone used their oven to make a Hotpot, i have some leftover lamb (Leg) and would like to give it a go.
Any tips please.

Hi Jim as far as i can work it out if you treat your ho like a conventional oven but stir a little more frequently your hotpot will work out great but you may need to put hotpot into a casserole dish not straight in to your ho bowl ( well thats my manufactors advice for my flavorwave ho) a recipe i have for beef cass from ho cook book instructs cass to be cooked for 60 mins @ 200c stirring abiut every 10mins to get food on bottom to top Good Luck

Hi I have just got my halogen oven and am keen to try a a 3kg dollop of Braised Steak, has anyone any ideas ???
