Hi Tich

Welcome

I don't know where you would get a translation of you manual but most are hardly worth the paper they are printed on anyway.

All HO's work the same way - set temperature, set time, close the handle down firmly on the lid to start (there is a safety cut off switch under the handle that switches the oven off when the handle is raised.) The halogen oven light is the heat source and the light goes on and off as required to maintain the temperature.
Any cookware safe in your 'big' oven is safe in your HO. Clean the inside of the lid with a damp cloth and don't get the workings wet.

You'll find plenty more useful info on here when you get the time to read it. Loads of recipes too. If you can't find the answer to a specific question, please ask in the Q&A section and someone will try to help you.

Good Luck
