New and ready to be cooler!

Post  vibranthelen on 13.11.10 15:38

I just bought a nuwave oven-it hasn't even gotten here yet but I'm desperate to find a way to cook without being in a hot kitchen. I have late stage lyme disease and other tick-borne diseases, and have a low grade fever every day. I seem to be resistant to treatment. We (myself/husband) live with my 87 yr old mom and we need something that is quick, tasty, low fat and cool! Big complaint is that this item doesn't come with many/any recipes to speak of or timing instructions to use for any dish we already did in regular oven/microwave. Hoping all can help me with converting old recipes to nuwave oven/get new recipes!! thanks!

Hi and welcome Vibranthelen

welcome

The manufacturers are very lax in providing info for these ovens and that's why this forum is so helpful to many users.

You'll get plenty of help just by reading previous posts and having a look through the recipes. If you can't find an answer please just ask in the Q&A section where someone will try to help if they can.
