Bread Rolls
I bought a Wrights bread mix (Parmesan and Sun Dried Tomato), all you do is add water and it makes 10 rolls. I'd never made bread before but this is so easy... it was only 75p = bargain!

Thank you elinacai
75p is cheap. Never thought about bread mix before
I'll have a look in my supermarket for Wrights bread mix next time I go there

Bread
Gave bread a go yesterday. Got a Tesco Crispy White mix and a cheap 1lb loaf tin. From mixing, proving, to baked loaf less than an hour. The wife thought it was shop bought .

The joy of experimenting, but may have to let the wife use it soon.

Thank you for this info Glyn. It seems to me that you are having fun trying out new things in your halogen oven.
I don’t think you are ready to hand it over to your wife yet
