Hoping for some help with my new Cooker.
Hi folks, I have just purchased a new Halogen cooker and haven't got a clue how to use it. I did baked Potatoes in it last night and they turned out lovely.
The book that came with it is useless so im hoping to get some recipes from you nice people.
Can someone tell me how to do a roast chicken in it please.
Many thanks Lorraine.

Hi Lorraine
There are many posts about roast chicken - some members have cooked a roast in 45 minutes and others in over an hour.
The best thing to do is to read the posts, find out the tips and advice before you do yours.
Just type the key words "roast chicken" in the search box (at the top on the left)
You will find the recipes for roast chicken in the A to Z recipes section

Hi Lorraine
There is plenty of advice here on roast chicken and I have just posted my own Lemon & Herb Roast Chicken recipe in the A-Z which includes detailed instructions. Each HO is a little different so there will be an element of trial and error involved until you get used to yours.
I'm glad you have joined us

Thanks a lot for the information, I will now go and have a look at your idea in the chicken section.
Thanks Lorraine.
