Anyone know what temperature, how long and what rack I should use to cook individual meringues?

It looks like no-one has tried this yet - sorry.
I haven't tried this either in my HO but my standard recipe says 110C for 2-3 hours till dry but not brown. If I was to try in the HO I would put it on its lowest setting, which is defrost on mine and is approx 100C.
Use the lower rack to keep your meringues away from the heat source. (If your doing a lot then use both racks but use the extender ring if you have one and swap the meringues from top to bottom after an hour.)
They will probably dry a bit quicker than in your 'big' oven. I hope this helps.
