My first attempt in the oven, which I got yesterday, was an apple and blackberry crumble, it was nice but it cooked a lot quicker than I thought it would so had to pop some foil over the top to stop it getting burnt. Trial and error I guess. I may try a roast chicken at the weekend or am I being too adventurous?

You got that right, trial and error is it if you are a new user

If you have an extender ring, best to use it the next time you do this recipe.

If you decide to do the roast chicken, I think you should Smile, please read some of the previous posts.
