New to HO but loving it
Have tried a couple of thing - including Chinese BBQ Spare Ribs - a bit messy but came out well.
Will experiment with a couple of recipes each week, hopefully and let you all know what my disasters are.
I cheated with the ribs - had them on the top tray and had a tray of water under them so that they didn't drip sauce everywhere.
Looking forward to lots of fun with the HO
Cheers

So you had Steamed Chinese BBQ Spare Ribs ?
That the way do it with the HO - Experiment, have fun and enjoy what you cook.
Your end result could be a disaster, but so what?
Think of it as a learning experience and the next time it will be better.
Yes do come back and tell us about it - your disasters as well as your successes.
Have fun with your HO Noddygirl

Hi Noddygirl
Thank you for sharing with us.
When cooking something messy you can line the HO with tin foil or non stick liners too. It helps to make the cleaning easy.
