Day two with my new oven
Breakfast: Porriage oats added with milk & water ..Mixed in a bowel placed in oven for 7 mins on the highest setting..result ..Did not cook, went back to the C/ovens hob...
Dinner: Much more success here, Placed a mix of mediteranian veg, with a drizzle of olive oil in a bowel on the bottom rack for 15 mins on a high setting ( 200c ) then placed them in a warm C/O to keep warm with the plates. Then I placed two medium salmon fillets in a parcel of foil , with some lemon which I added to the fillets , cooked for 15 mins, then opened the parcels to finish off for a further 3 mins..Was piping hot and the salmon was cooked...I then had this with some baby potatos which I cooked on the hob...turned out to be a good meal..More meals later this week..the jury is still out

Hi Wendy,
I have moved your post from Q and A to this section
You dinner sounds yummy.
We all like salmon in my family. Will definitely give this a go.
I have a good feeling about your jury - you will probably get community work in your own kitchen, that's all.
Thank you for sharing your recipes /experiences with us
