I would like to know the best way to cook veg for 3-4 people in h.o.
and is there a book with step by step instructions, they seem to be hard to get

You can roast vegetables the same way you do them in your normal oven.
The only thing is they will cook a bit faster.

There are about 10 books for cooking in the Halogen Oven. I don't know how good they are - you will have to read the reviews to find out Smile

Yes you can do that - one parcel for the carrots, one for the broccoli and so on.

This allows the vegs to retain their unique flavour, but you can steamed them all at the same time
