New HO, used 3 times (separate occasions!) - roast chicken, jacket potatoes and boeuf bourguignon - all fine, although free range large chicken took longer than I expected, approx 2 hours. Shocked
Tasted good though! Very Happy

Has anyone checked out, or has maybe used, this recipe book:
'The Everyday Halogen Oven Cookbook: How to Cook Nutritious One Pot Meals 40% Faster Than Your Conventional Oven'
by Sarah Flower

Price: £6.49 - Amazon

Released later this month I believe - it looks good, think I might get it.....I need all the help I can find if I'm to make good use of my HO!!! Rolling Eyes

Hi Annie - I saw it on Amazon yesterday and they sell it in Smiths too.....if you've already got one now (seems to have the best reviews), how have you got on with it???

Hi Terry - it hasn't arrived yet, although I put it on (pre-release)order with Amazon - should reach me early next week I should imagine.... I'll let you know what I think of it ASAP - if the reviews are anything to go by it should be quite useful - we'll see LOL Laughing

Well...at least by then I should at least have taken a look at the recipes - attempting one or two of them could take a little longer Exclamation Here's hoping for something even a novice like me can cope with confused
