Has anyone used artificial sweeteners (Splenda)to bake cakes in a HO?
If so how did they turn out and do I need to lower the temp even more than normal for a HO.?

Sorry, it seems no-one else has tried this. It is something that I do want to have a go at but I haven't even tried it in my 'big' oven.
Most bakers on here who have experimented with their HO have had to lower the temperature and cook for longer to make sure their food has cooked through to the bottom.
If you do try this, Sue, perhaps you would be good enough to share your results. There are lots of people who look for healthier alternatives these days.
