I have recently purchased the Cookshop oven and not doing too well with it, so glad to have found this forum.
My baking is looking great on top but always undercooked underneath/inside so I'm going to have a good look around for some tips.
I'm looking forward to being able to do something well enough to be able to post my own recipes/tips to share with you all.

You have come to the right place. A little trial and error and you'll soon be sharing your own recipes/tips with us. When you have time, have a good read through previous posts, there's lots of useful info from our members. If you get stuck, simply ask in the Q&A section and someone will try to help you.
It can help with some recipes to lower the temperature and cook for longer to help your dish to cook through. You can also try covering your dish with foil for part of the time to stop the top overcooking.

I use the extender ring and that works for me.
It gives it time to cook underneath/inside without overcooking the top
and do what June said (lower the temperature and cook for longer)
