Hi Tigs and welcome

welcome

You'll find plenty of help on here for your roast chicken and there are many other recipes too.

Reading our members posts on a wide range of topics can be very informative.

If you can't find an answer, just ask in the Q&A section where someone will try to help.

Roast chicken tis easy!
My method for medium bird
Lower rack, cover or wrap (make sure the foil isnt loose or it'll fly around in the oven and could damage the bulb) and cook for 1 hour on 180
Then uncover and cook for 20 mins more on 200 to crisp it up
