Roasted Vegetables
Hello everyone,
This is my first post on this forum, being the proud owner of an Andrew James halogen, received only yesterday.
My wife and I like roasted vegetables occasionally for a meal, and I seem to see conflicting reports on whether these can be done in a halogen.
Can you simply oil, mushrooms/vine tomatoes/sliced peppers/ courgettes etc in a shallow oven dish and cook as per a normal oven?
Any feedback would be much appreciated.
Thank you
Silvo (Ian)

Re: Roasted Vegetables
Hi Ian and welcome to the forum
You can do anything that you do in your standard oven in a HO. Roasted vegetables are healthy and delicious and turn out great in the HO - they will cook a bit faster too.
