Hi Craig and welcome to the forum

welcome

Regarding your chicken breasts, just cook them as you would in your conventional oven. On average the temparature will be much the same on the top rack and the time a little less. A lot depends on size, thickness, skinless, boned, boneless etc. Anything you can use in your conventional oven - tins, tin foil, ovenproof dishes are all fine - no plastics suitable for the microwave as they would melt (unless oven safe too)

We are all learning together and much is trial and error - and keeping a note of what you did so you can refer to it again.

When you get time, search the forum and the recipes and I'm sure you will find many pointers to minimise the errors. Feel free to share your experiences with us and ask any specific questions in the Question and Answer section where someone will try to help.

Hope this helps Smile
