but not new to cooking i have been cooking since about 5-6 years old my father learned me as he started out at college and worked his way up on the oil rigs from galley pot washer through to chef, head chef, camp boss and now he works out in iraq feeding upto 5000 troops in a 2 hour setting
so as you can see i have a bit of cooking knowledge but im really looking forward to getting tip here for using the H/O
we bought a small oven to try it and 2 days later ordered a 17 liter with accessories as the one we had was way to small but we love the food out of it

This forum has lots of useful information and has friendly and helpful members.
We are all learning together and it sounds as though you'll be able to share your tips with us also.
I have a 7 litre model which I also take away in my caravan but I'm leaning towards buying a larger model for the house - cooking a full meal can be a bit of a challenge in the small one.
When you get time, please share your experiences and recipes with us in the relevant sections and if you have any questions just post them on the Question and answer section where someone will try to help.
Thanks for introducing yourself Cooky.
