CHERRY: Cherry Crumble

I used a Can of "Epicure Stoneless Black Cherries" fresh cherries not yet in season.
Crumble:- 2oz Butter; 2oz Brown Sugar; 3oz Plain Flour. Cream the Butter, add the Brown Sugar, continue to mix, then add the Flour and mix thoroughly to a crumbly consistency.
I used a small oven dish, drained the Cherries, retaining the juice, placed the Cherries in the dish, then spooned some of the juice over them. Finally I covered all the Cherries with the Crumbly mixture.
Baked on the top wire shelf in the HO oven, on 190 degrees, for 40 mins.
It was delicious.
Special Note When placing on the top wire shelf, put the extension ring on to lift up the lid.
