LIVER: Liver and Onions

3/4 lb pigs liver
1 onion chopped
3/4 pint of beef stock
flour for coating
a little oil
This is for pigs liver but i suppose any liver will do.First i coated the liver in flour and fried it with the onions in a little oil, i then added the beef stock and cooked for 3 minutes.
Then i transferred to a Pyrex dish and placed on top rack @400F for 20 minutes every 5 minutes i turned the liver so it did not burn.
