I'm a devoted halogen user of seven years , back then what recipes I could find didn't really fit with our tastes or life style , so I'm pretty much self tought ,
when better recipe books became available , still found them lacking some how ,and just adapted old recopies on a trile and error base's,
still learning as I go along , but I would love to master the art of ,making a successful Yorkshire pudding .

Trial and error has been my way of cooking in the halogen oven as well, but not so much these days. I tend to repeat the same recipes.
