Hi, just received my new Andrew James H.O. Couldn't wait to give it a try, so for my first attempt tried lamb chops.  They turned out pretty well.  My take a bit of getting used to the timings etc but pleased I found this forum first for some help and advice. Looking forward to my next attempt. Very Happy

hi Reeta thank you for welcoming me to the forum. Did a roast chicken yesterday, plus stuffing and frozen yorkshire puds, well pleased on how they turned out. Going to enjoy trying different things, and got the forum to help with ideas and tips....Great. thank you

Welcome aboard! I use my HO for tons of things-haven't used my big oven since I got it. Tonight I just popped a couple of sausages and a couple of rashers of bacon each in 15 minutes later (turned over about 5 minutes before the end) and we had sausage and bacon rolls- delicious!

Thanks for the idea for bacon & sausage.  Getting used to the HO now.  Just cooked a pork loin roast turned out great, just keep trying different things trial and error at the moment. cheers
