Need some tips on how to cook frozen chicken breasts, boneless thighs.
Also frozen fish eg salmon, cod, etc....

Whether you are following your own recipes or Manufacturers cooking instructions, reduce the temp by about 20 degree and use the instruction for fan oven. For food that are 'thick' it's best to cover the top with foil for the first part of the cooking process. This will allow the heat to reach inside the food without burning the top.
