How do i cook a Rack of Lamb in my HO please

Rack of Lamb with Rosemary and Garlic
1kg / 2 lb rack of lamb
fresh sprigs of rosemary
1 garlic bulb (slice the top off)
olive oil

put the lamb on low rack,
place the rosemary over the lamb
put the garlic bulb next to the lamb
and drizzle the lot with olive oil

Cook at 240°c for 10 minutes. Turn lamb over, reduce temp to 175°c and cook for 20 minutes

Turn it again and cook for another 20 minutes. ( 25 mins for medium , 30 to 35 mins for well done)

Remove the lamb from the HO and leave it to rest in a warm place before serving.
