Hi

This is the best place to come! I popped up about a year ago after a friend raved about her HO and my brother gave me some cash for Xmas that paid for my 12lt from Andrew James. I was such an idiot when it arrived I emailed them because I couldn't find the extender ring- the answer was it was wrapped around oven!

It will take a little practice (and foil lots of foil doesn't have to be expensive stuff but you can line your bowl with it to catch drips and keep the bowl clean and protect racks against spills and use it to cover stuff that might otherwise burn) but not too much-remember you can look at what you are cooking easily and turn things up and down accordingly and if you're using something frozen or chilled you'll get the best results if you use the settings for a fan oven

12 months or so ago I famously couldn't cook apart from stew other than that it was microwaved/fried/call the takeaway

Sunday I roasted a shoulder of lamb with goosefat roasties today I did my signature dish of Hunters chicken- do a breast of chickhen for 5 minutes at 200, turn over and reapeat then smear with BBQ sauce, place a few slices of cheese around it and wrap with smoked bacon rashers then do for 5 minutes then sprinkle with grated cheese and do it for another 3 minutes

My HO seems to have turned me into someone who can cook!
