water at the bottom of the glass (inside)

Post  Mira on 20.01.15 19:31

Hi everybody how are you ?
im new to this oven, I bought the halogen one. The guy told me I can cook everything, but I found that all the time I use it, it creates some water at the bottom part of the glass cup....and this doesnt let dry the food. Like for example the potatos.  Sad  is there any reason ? am I making some wrong action ?
thanks a lot to who will reply me

I never put anything on the bottom of the bowl directly- I use a tray or the low rack (for roasting potatoes for example they go on a roasting tray on the low rack (or the higher one if I have safe))

Hi thanks for your reply.Smile Smile
I use a tray me too but I see it always forms water at the bottom of the bowl and humidity all over the glass at the bottom part. I see if I raise the temperature around 230°C it forms less humidity, but it's good for veggies but I wanna cook some cake Im afraid it burns ..dunno what to do
