I cooked my first meal in it yesterday (stuffed aubergines) and it came out great! So easy and so quick! And I loved being able to watch was was going on inside the bowl, which is something you can't do with a conventional oven
Unfortunately, as I was cleaning the bowl after use, I noticed a small chip/flaw in the glass bowl (very small, about 2mm in size)... I contacted Maplin's customer service and they recommended I returned it as the bowl might eventually crack in the worst case....
So it's back to the shops on Saturday, hopefully bringing back a new shinny HO (or at least a new shinny bowl)!
I had a look at the recipes on here, looks like this shoud keep me busy for a while!

I am happy to see you here.
Aubergines cook well in the HO. I know what you mean about watching what's going on inside the bowl. We've all done it when we first started to use our HO. lol
Good luck with your new oven and happy cooking Christelle
