Lamb shank steaks

Post  LesleyM on 20.04.14 0:15

I do love lamb but a joint is generally too much for the 2 of us even after leaving some for the cats but I noticed my local Co-Op has offer on lamb shank steaks and since it's Easter I'm thinking of getting some as a treat as even on special offer they're not that cheap but how do you do steaks of any sort in an HO?

Thanks I might try that tomorrow- but today the Co-Op has tons of reduced to clear stuff, which included chicken kievs with garlic butter and garlic stuffed mushrooms- so I am heating those up with some garlic bread- yes I love garlic but it'll probably be Tuesday before my breath doesn't strip paint!

I resisted the urge to have more garlic bread tonight...but I really need to use those 2 baguettes up to make room for the Co-Ops extra strong garlic bread that is currently on special offer....I love the stuff and when I think I used to pay £1.99 for four small slices out the takeaway and my local shop does 4 10 inch garlic baguettes for £2.20 I suspect the HO has long since been paid for just on the garlic bread savings
