Timer query

Post  LesleyM on 30.03.14 20:18

Last night I cooked dinner then as the HO looked in need of it I ran the wash cycle . Then this morning when I put some fishcakes and wedges on the timer wasn't working! I still did them but had to keep an eye on things, Then this evening the timer worked again!

(Side note: onions, butternut squash and sweet potato are lovely roasted in the HO but with a generous helping of garlic salt in the oil they are just plain fanstastic!)

Wonder why? May be it just needed some time to reset or something like that.

Sound yummy Lesley. I have never cooked butternut squash and sweet potato together. I will try this next time.  Smile

Add a small onion to the mix annoint with a generous tablespoon of oil and turn half way through and it's lovely- I also add a little (well a lot actually) of garlic salt with the oil...just for the extra kick

If you really don't like your tonsils tonight I mixed up oil, garlic salt, black pepper and Reggae Reggae sauce and left some decent pork sausages to marinade for an hours im the mix then gave them 23 minutes at 200..The result was lovely but shall we say a tad on the spicy side?
