New user to halogen world

Post  jpg2611 on 20.03.14 18:41

Hi,my name is john and have just started using a halogen oven and i must confess very pleased with the results.Cooked a roast chicken the other day but covered it in foil to start with then removed it for the last twenty minutes and WOW it was cooked to perfection, also used a meat thermometer bought from the range for £4.99 which tells you the temp of the oven and the temp of the meat just to be on the safe side, they also sell a cooking mesh which can be cut to size for £1.99 or fits perfect under the extender ring. Very Happy
