Hello to all
My name is Freda and I am in Nr Ireland
getting my oven tomorrow
thanks for all the advise already on this site
one thing do we need to turn food in the oven confused
by this if any one would be kind enough to reply or point me to a link

On the whole the answer is 'yes' re turning food - especially meat, chicken and anything that you want to brown.

My name is Shelagh I only bought my hologen oven yesterday and have so far only opened the box.
I am a widow and live on my own so thought this should be good buy for me.
I am looking forward to using it and feel I need a bit of help in getting started.

we have had ours 4 days
have cooked saugages overcooked
pork chops bit overcooked
boiled a egg just to see if it worked it did
Just now going to try a chicken and roast potatoes
so we will see what happens
