EGGS: Boiled Eggs

Post  Reeta on 14.03.10 21:11

Hi Bizzy Bee,

No just put the eggs into the Halogen oven as they are. If they are cold they will sweat for a few seconds but that soon comes off. Whatever you do, don't pierce the shell. I have a horrid feeling that if you do, as they warm up you will have strands of egg from the hole.

Havent tried it, but thats how it looks to me. I just put the eggs in whole - all I did to them before I put them in is to wash the shell to remove the grime on them. Cooked mine for 10 minutes and they were perfect - no black on the yolks - were really nice.
