Lamb joint
can any one tell me how to cook a leg of lamb in the halogen oven, what temp and for how long.

Leg of lamb
Clove of garlic sliced, sprigs of fresh rosemary
Salt and pepper to taste
Olive oil
Method
Cut all excess fat from the meat
Stab the lamb all over with a sharp knife
Insert the slices of garlic and small sprigs of rosemary into the cuts
Season the lamb well with salt, pepper and rub the oil in
Place the lamb on a low wire rack into the oven at 200 °C
Cook for about 20 minutes
Turn the meat over and reduce the thermostat to 180 °C
Cook the lamb for a further 60 minutes or until done to your taste

one other problem how and where would you place your potatoes for roasting when you have your joint of meat on top rack?
